Our second floor houses both our master bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and a small home office. The bedroom can be used for at home content and the dressing room is a great spot for hair and makeup.
Kitchen
Ground Floor Level
Our Kitchen is farmhouse modern and is a great space for cast and crew to hang out as well as any kitchen based content to be shot.
There is a separate entrance on the ground floor and a home gym that can be used for equipment storage.

Our parlor is steeped in original millwork throughout with two original fireplace mantels and a large pier mirror in the front. The parlor floor is flooded with south facing light and provides the quintessential Brooklyn brownstone backdrop.

Studio
The top floor of the house is home to a music studio, kitchenette, bedroom and full bathroom. The top floor is sound proofed with two sky lights and functions as a fully contained apartment. This floor can be rented as an add on.
